You will receive e-voucher(s) via email. For any physical gift, this will be sent to your mailing address as provided by you in your submission of claim.

There will be no delivery charges incurred for the gift item.

The gift item or e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

You may find the expiry date, if any, contained in the e-vouchers itself. Please refer to your e-vouchers for further details.

Eligible customers will need to submit redemption claim using our online form. Validation of claims may take up to 5 working days. Please ensure all information requested are provided. Upon validation, the Spin-&-Win URL link will be sent to your email within the next 5 working days. Spin-&-Win link will expire 10 days from issuance date.
