FREE GIFTS ONLINE REDEMPTION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OF THIS WEBSITE.

A. THE PROGRAMME

1. This islandwide promotion is only valid in Singapore and applicable to residents of Singapore during the promotion period set by Epson Singapore Pte Ltd (“Epson Singapore”).
2. Purchases made during the promotion period are entitled to the free gift(s) only upon submission of claim and successful validation.

B. SPIN-AND-WIN

1. We may incorporate a SPIN-and-WIN that gives customers a chance to win an additional gift. Such gift is subject to change without notice.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, the SPIN-and-WIN is not a guaranteed prize redemption but gives customers an additional chance to win a gift.
3. After successful validation of the submission of claim, the customer may receive a unique link via email for a chance to SPIN-and-WIN.

C. ELIGIBILITY OF GIFTS

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, all customers who have purchased Epson product(s) as part of the promotion are eligible to claim the free gift(s) as long as their purchase(s) fall(s) within the promotion period.
2. Each customer is only allowed to claim his/her free gift(s) once.
3. Validation of the customer’s claim will take around five (5) business working days from the date of submission. Once the customer’s claim is successfully validated, the customer will receive his/her free gift(s) within thirty (30) business working days from such date of validation.

D. REDEMPTION OF FREE GIFTS

1. No late submission for redemption will be entertained, with or without valid reason.
2. All free gift(s) cannot be exchanged for cash and/or any other products.
3. All communication will be via email with noreply@esp.epson.com.sg. Each customer should therefore ensure that he/she has in place a valid email account to correspond with us for the purposes of this redemption.
4. A customer’s mailing address will only be required in the case where he/she is entitled to a physical free gift which is required to be sent by courier to the customer.
5. Epson Singapore may, at its sole discretion amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice and any liability whatsoever.
6. Epson Singapore’s decision on any matter arising from and/or in connection with the promotion is final and absolute.
